Seating arrangements | - Candidates sit in numerical order according to exam number.
- An attendance register, on which the candidate's exam number will be pre-printed, will be on the desk.
- Candidates must find the desks that match their exam number and ensure that they sit at the correct desk.

- Only for new conditions diagnosed after 30 October 2020

Concession for ITC 2021 - 2nd Sitting New conditions only | - 20 August 2021
- Only for new conditions diagnosed after 26 March 2021

Concession for ITC 2022 | - 22 October 2021
- All prospective candidates for both sittings 2022 should apply except those who received PGDA concessions for 2021 (those will transfer to ITC 2022)

Online registration dates | 28 June – 30 July 2021 Any candidates who do not register during the stated registration window, will be charged a penalty fee of up to 100% |
London venue candidates | - SAICA reserves the right to cancel this venue if the number of candidates who registered to write at this venue is not feasible.
- An additional registration fee will be levied which will be shared by all the candidates who choose to write in London.
- Candidates will be notified on 30 September 2020 of the additional registration fee that is payable.

Payment and invoices |
- Payment of all invoices must reach SAICA by 14 August 2021
- In terms of SAICA's examination policy, invoices are issued to each candidate.
- If the invoice should be made out to the candidate's employer, the candidate must request it before 30 July 2021

Confirmations |
After completion and submission of an on-line registration (application)
By e-mail | - A computer generated confirmation that confirms receipt of your registration by SAICA will be emailed. (This does not confirm eligibility to write ITC September 2021)
- If not received within 24 hours, phone the SAICA contact centre – non-receipt could mean that your registration was unsuccessful.
- Check your details – especially the venue you selected – on this confirmation email for correctness
- Advise us at ***@saica.co.za immediately of any venue changes.
- All other changes can be made, by you, on your SAICA profile.

Admission Letter
By e-mail | - Confirms that SAICA has received your payment and verified your eligibility.
- This confirms your eligibility to write the exam.
- This letter contains your exam number.
|
SMS | - Informs you that an admission letter has been e-mailed to you.
- Ensure that you provide your correct cell number on your SAICA profile.
|
Venue Change | All venue changes to be requested before 13 August 2021. Requests after the 13 August 2021 will not be accepted. |

Exam results date | 5 November 2021 |
|
Entrance (eligibility) requirements |
Valid CTA or equivalent | A candidate must have successfully completed a CTA or equivalent programme accredited. |
CTA obtained in 2018 | September 2021 will be the last sitting for a CTA obtained in 2018. A CTA only valid for a period of three (3) consecutive years (starting the year after the CTA academic year in which the curriculum was assessed). |
