
Lwando Bantom
Project Director: Transformation and Growth
Lwando Bantom began his career as a petrol attendant at Shell, where he worked for six years while he completed his matric part time. He then studied at Fort Hare University and furthered his studies, receiving a master’s degree in Development Management from the University of the Free State.
Before joining SAICA, Lwando has worked as an educator in government as well as at an NGO. He is currently a project director for SAICA’s transformation initiatives, overseeing three provinces where his responsibilities include facilitating all transformation programmes and activities in those regions.
