
Gerinda Engelbrecht
A passionate digital strategy, publishing and creative expert with more than 16 years’ industry expertise, Gerinda is a skilled publisher, digital strategy manager and emerging digital technologies enthusiast.
With experience across the consumer and business-to-business publishing, consulting and financial services industries, she is an awarded sector professional, with her MBA, BSc and BA Hons degrees creating a well-rounded C-suite leader in advanced stakeholder relationship-building and management.
In her current role at SAICA she is responsible for managing a selection of key projects for the Institute. She launched the Top 35-under-35 CA(SA) competition and have managed to gain international credibility and exposure for young chartered accountants and provide them with international business networking opportunities.
She also publishes the monthly award-winning Accountancy SA magazine that is distributed to CAs(SA) locally and internationally. It is highly regarded by business professionals and is one of the finance and business magazines with the highest audited circulation figures in the country.
